When you subscribe to the Musemaniac newsletter, we store only your email address. We do not collect your name, IP address, location, or any other personal data.
Your email address is used solely to send you the Musemaniac newsletter. We do not use tracking pixels, open tracking, click tracking, or analytics of any kind in our emails.
We use double opt-in: after you submit the subscribe form, you must click a confirmation link in your email before we add you to the mailing list. We record the date of your subscription and confirmation as proof of consent.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're removed from future mailings immediately. Email clients that support List-Unsubscribe will also show a built-in unsubscribe button.
To have your data completely deleted from our systems, email privacy@amusealot.com and we will remove your record within 30 days.
We use Resend as our email delivery service. Resend processes your email address solely to deliver our newsletters. No other third parties receive your data.
This website does not use cookies, local storage, or any form of browser tracking. No cookie banner needed because there are no cookies.
Subscriber data is stored in a self-hosted database on a server in Germany (Hetzner). Data is not transferred outside the EU except when emails are sent through Resend's infrastructure.
