What we collect

When you subscribe to the AmuseAlot newsletter, we store only your email address. We do not collect your name, IP address, location, or any other personal data.

How we use it

Your email address is used solely to send you the AmuseAlot newsletter. We do not use tracking pixels, open tracking, click tracking, or analytics of any kind in our emails.

Consent

We use double opt-in: after you submit the subscribe form, you must click a confirmation link in your email before we add you to the mailing list. We record the date of your subscription and confirmation as proof of consent.

Unsubscribe

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're removed from future mailings immediately. Email clients that support List-Unsubscribe will also show a built-in unsubscribe button.

Right to erasure

To have your data completely deleted from our systems, email calle@callestenfelt.se and we will remove your record within 30 days.

Data processors

We use Resend as our email delivery service. Resend processes your email address solely to deliver our newsletters.

The subscribe form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that uses no cookies and no browser tracking. When you submit the form, your browser talks to Cloudflare to complete the check; we never send Cloudflare your email address or IP address ourselves. No other third parties receive your data.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, local storage, or any form of browser tracking. No cookie banner needed because there are no cookies.

Data storage

Subscriber data is stored in a self-hosted database on a server in Germany (Hetzner). Data is not transferred outside the EU except when emails are sent through Resend's infrastructure.
